So if you feel peckish, have a glass of water and wait twenty minutes. You might feel you’ve lost the urge to eat. But don’t do this instead of eating regular meals, or you could make yourself ill. Remember too, that water will help flush out toxins when you lose weight, keeping your skin clear and your heart healthy!
